If you are wondering how to input locations of laundromats or pizza huts into ArcMap, Weimin sent me this link today: Address Geocoding.
It will take some work to get it set up, but then you will have the power over all those who do screen shots of google maps and overlay them in photoshop.

yes, you will need to download TGR06075.zip from the census bureau site. I haven't gone any further than that.
